How will my order be shipped?
All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground Service or United States Postal Service Priority Mail or First Class Mail, whichever is the least expensive for you. How long will it take to receive my order?
7-10 business days is the average amount of time. This will vary depending upon your location and the size and weight of your order. Some USPS orders may be lots faster, but heavier UPS items to remote or distant locations like CA or FL may take a little longer. Orders will be shipped within 1-3 days of receipt.
What is your return policy?
Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If you email us within 5 business days that you are, for any reason, disappointed with your purchase we will take it back. Unless you have received a defective or incorrect item, you will need to pay the return shipping. For undamaged items you will also need to pay a 10% restocking fee, except for figurines where that fee is 30%.
For damaged items, we need to be emailed within 5 business days of any claims, and of the nature of the problem. We will then advise you how to proceed to have the problem fixed with no extra cost to you.
Original packaging and documentation are required for all returns in order for us to honor them.
